Our Pain Management and Flexibility programs are designed for clients experiencing minor discomfort and restricted mobility.  The gentle, low intensity workouts improve flexibility, range of motion, and enable clients to minimize the use of pain medication.

Drawing on yoga, Pilates and gentle stretching techniques, clients gradually increase flexibility while relaxing tension and building strength in the key muscle groups that support weakened joints and improve posture.

Our Strength and Stamina programs take our clients to the next level. We incorporate techniques from Pilates and kickboxing into fun routines that combine active workout regimes with high intensity movements that require strength, balance and flexibility. 

These customized programs help our clients to develop a “mind to muscle connection” as they build muscle mass, strength, power, speed and agility. With the addition of targeted body sculpting, clients also lower the proportion of body fat to lean body tissue and maintain bone density.
